Ms. JoAnn K. Joseph

Jo Ann K. Joseph is a retired Personnel/Human Resources Professional and Administrative, serving the State of Maryland for 38 years. Her years of service encompassed Towson University; Morgan State University; Maryland Department of Transportation; Mass Transit Administration; Department of Personnel and Department of Health & Mental Hygiene. Additionally, Joseph worked seven years for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools in North Carolina assisting students with Autism.

Educated in Baltimore’s Catholic schools, Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Mental Health Administration & Masters of Arts in Sociology from Morgan State University.

She currently volunteers at Gilchrist Center, and serves on the following Boards: Royal Theater & Community Heritage Center; Linwood Center; and Mercy High School.
